I ordered and have now received my combi greenhouse (682). I am very happy with it and have had many comments about the quality of the greenhouse, so thank you.
However when ordering my greenhouse I was asked if I would like automatic openings - I decided I would and ordered and paid for 2 at �50 the pair. I arranged for a builder to come and fit them as the greenhouse fitters said it was not their job to do so. Unfortunately the builder was not able to fit them to the windows I have been sent roof openers and my greenhouse does not have roof windows that open. My builder said that he could not fit them to the side windows.
I have since contacted your office and was told that if I returned them I will be offered a full refund. Thankyou for your co operation.
