Further to my telephone call with you this morning I am returning this auto window unit as it was wrongly supplied with the above. A louvre type vent should have been supplied and thanks to your kind help I am looking forward to receiving this unit. I realise that I have been a bit unlucky with my purchase, a damaged plinth and this vent unit but I have to say your help in solving my problems is greatly appreciated. I thank you for offering to repay the postage on this unit and I will contact you at a later date to either use up my credit or for payment.
