Unfortunately we had a lot of wet weather after delivery and we were unable to erect it immediately, but it was stacked very neatly. However, I did not find your instructions at all easy to follow.
I only had one spare piece of glass and that was broken and the other two pieces that I had to get were the shaped pieces at the end which had been cut incorrectly so I am enclosing the bill for these for �8.00 and look forward to your cheque.
I would also like to thank you for the clips that were sent through to me, and now that the greenhouse is up and ready to go we are really pleased with it.

EXTRA NOTE - REPLACEMENT GLASS IS DELIVERED WHEN WE ARE NEXT IN THE AREA, NORMALLY WITHIN A FEW WEEKS, OR IF THE GLASS IS REQUIRED QUICKER CUSTOMERS CAN COLLECT THE GLASS LOCALLY AND RECEIVE A REFUND.
