£19.00 each

This ingenious and affordable solar powered light solves the problem of seeing in your shed at night. It is easy to install with no mains wiring. It costs nothing to run and the light stays on for up to 6 hours per night if needed. During the day the externally mounted solar panel converts daylight into electricity and recharges the batteries. Using the simple pull cord the light can be turned on and off as required. Powered by a high quality solar panel the light has 5 bright LED bulbs.

The solar panel is weatherproof and suitable for outside use. It is normally positioned on the roof of a timber building such as a shed or a log cabin. The cable supplied is approximately 5 feet long (1.5m) and only a few millimeters thick so it will pass through a narrow gap. The lamp and rechargeable batteries are also included together with all fixings and instructions.

At full charge the light will stay on for around 6 hours. Running time depends on the exposure of the panel to the sun and it varies with the seasons. Longer summer days provide the best charge. Sunny weather provides more charge than cloudy weather. For maximum running time the solar panel should be positioned in full sunlight away from cover or shade.
