An electric heater with a 1.0kW maximum output which switches itself off and on thermostatically. The diameter is 120mm (5"). The length is 540mm (21"). A stainless steel housing is included with a mesh guard. A standard domestic 13 amp electricity supply is required. This heater provides heating for a greenhouse up to 6'x6' or frost protection for a greenhouse up to 8'x6' in normal site conditions. Heating requirements vary greatly with less heat required in a sheltered location or a lean to and more heat required in Scotland than in Southern England.
