Please find attached details of my order. In my recent conversation with John in your Company, I explained that the two automatic window openers were of no use to me as there are no roof vents on this greenhouse and it is not practical to use them on the side windows. I have therefore returned these and would be grateful if these could be credited back to my Credit Card.
Enclosed with these items is the min/max thermometer which arrived damaged, the mercury having separated on the right hand side. Could you also credit or replace this item which ever is the most convenient.
I was most satisfied with the quality and look of the greenhouse and the erection service was most efficient.
