Following our phone call can you please send us 4 x 2001 (bolt) and 4 x 1002 (washer). we tried to move shelf and the bolt seized and broke with washer stuck on it. we are a bit hopeless so 4 would give us some more flexibility!

Delighted with greenhouse and fitter was excellent. can't wait for Spring.

Hi,

At long last I have prepared the groundwork and erected the greenhouse which is excellent. Thank you very much for a fine product.

However, I do not have two catches that secure the window openers to the frame. There are two indents in the frames but I suspect there should be a column that fits through the holes in the adjustable opener arm. If my description is not clear I can send you a photos of the problem.

Would it be possible to send me the missing pieces?

Hi

Thank you for sending the images. We are happy to hear that you are pleased with your greenhouse. This particular greenhouse is slightly different to others in that you need to fit the window handle the other way round so the holes are nearer to the frame. This seems counter intuitive but the handle will then locate on the built in "pin" in the frame.

I've assembled the green house and it is really nice. However, my greenhouse cropped head nuts and bolts which I need to attach shelves do not fit in the frame of this green house. Can you supply me with cropped head nuts which will fit?

I just wanted to give you some feedback on the above order. It was delivered on the 4th October as promised and your recommended fitter arrived on the 11th October to take down the existing greenhouse and erect the new. (INSTALLER 117), your recommended installer had driven all the way from Sheffield to do the job. He arrived at about 8am and started work straight away. Despite heavy rain towards the end of the day, Simon battled through to finish everything by about 6.30pm, just as it was starting to go dark. He had to drive all the way home afterwards too! I wanted to tell you that he did an excellent job and hardly stopped working all day. I am immensely pleased with my new greenhouse. It really looks fantastic. Thank you for your excellent service and a special thank you and recommendation for Simon. He is a real asset!

Good morning,

I received my greenhouse yesterday and must say the delivery man could not have been more helpful.

As yet I have not received the accessories that were ordered at the same time and as requested below I am writing to let you know so the delivery can be sorted.

As with the greenhouse I won't be at home but they can be left either inside the back door or behind the bungalow .

Having spoken with you earlier today I can now confirm that with your excellent help on the telephone the couple of things which I was having difficulty with have been satisfactorily resolved and there are no parts missing.

The person I spoke with reckoned you £didn't supply too many greenhouses to the Outer Hebrides so I said we would send a picture of the erected Greenhouse.

It really is a good product and we are fully confident that it will withstand the Hebridean climate and Winters!

The whole process from ordering to delivery and help with erection has been superb and we met nothing but friendly and helpful service and advice each time we phoned.

I am delighted with my greenhouse erected by (INSTALLER 116). He was unable to fix the plant tie holders that were delivered as they are too large to fit in the grooves and he asked me to ask you to send me some with smaller heads and I will send the others back to you.

We have now received and almost erected the greenhouse, which we love, thank you - we have friends with 'greenhouse envy'! I just have a small question: how does the opening window fix into the closed position? We're ok with the window open, and the little 'arm' to hold it in position, but when the window's closed there doesn't seem to be any kind of latch mechanism or anywhere for the 'arm' to slot into, it just hangs down with the window loose (prone to the mercy of wind) - see attached photos.

Today I took delivery of order (ORDER NUMBER). I signed for 4 of 4 packages and soon realised that the 2-tier, 4-foot aluminium staging with green finish was not included within the shipment. I called to inform you of the missing item at around 13:30 this afternoon and was told that I would be contacted later today. Please can you advise if the missing item has already been sent as a separate shipment or whether this item has been overlooked.

I'm halfway through installing the greenhouse at the moment and would like to thank you for what seems to be a good quality product.

Greenhouse arrived safely yesterday and appears to be all there.

Started erecting it today (with a bit of head scratching), can you tell me if the bolts go on the inside and the nuts on the outside, or is it the other way round? If the nuts go on the inside will they catch on the glazing?

Could do with a little bit of script with the instructions to let us know which way round the pieces go, or are we just being thick.

Other than the above, everything is nicely number and we think we have it together ready to put up tomorrow. Assuming all the nuts and bolts don't have to be turned round.

My husband assured me he had searched for the parts and they definitely were not there. After your call and describing what they should look like, I personally checked and as if by magic there they were staring up at me with the part number on, 4 right angled foot long spurs with 2 holes in each.

I can only aplogise on behalf of my husband who is due an ear-bashing as soon as he arrives home from work.

All i can say is if I want something done correctly seems I have to do it myself.

Hi, with my sons help we have just built your polycarbonate greenhouse 025. I am really pleased with it, but must say, the build instruction were totally inadequate! We eventually figured them out but have quite a few things over, which is quite worrying! We think we have put everything in, in fact we really can't figure out where these pieces go! Well done for a good product, but you really have to improve on the build instructions!

Hi, I am very please with the purchase of my Aluminium Green Polycarbonate Greenhouse,with Base Included free, 6'x6' and our agreed delivery date & time.
However, I am still in the process of erecting the frame as the instructions are more difficult to follow than the Ikea flat packs - it has taken me more than 300 minutes (i.e 5 hours) to work out 'what is what' and 'what goes where' with your little diagrams on the side.
It would be helpful,for me, if there were some succinct instructions beneath each of these diagrams.
Nevetheless, I am enjoying solving this brainteaser and hope to get this project completed this weekend.

Dear Sir,

We are delighted with the greenhouse we recently purchased and have checked the contents as far as we can before assembly.

We noticed with the base plate anchor unit there is only two securing bolts for each side. We discussed with you the fact that we have a local phenomenon called the Helm Wind which can blow quite strongly when we have the wind from the East and a prevailing Westerly inversion in the upper atmosphere. Not very often but something we need t be conscious of. The greenhouse is in a well sheltered area enclosed on three sides by high walls.

I wondered if you could possibly supply us with a further two fixing kits so we can double up on the anchor positions? I am reluctant to start drilling holes in the base plates themselves and would have difficulty in tightening the bolts on the inside of the frame.

I very much look forward to hearing from you when it is convenient.

Thank you for delivering the above order so quickly. The driver was lovely and helped me put it all in the garage. One of the boxes (with the polycarbonate sheets) was damaged - torn - and he took a photo with his signing machine.

I have not unpacked it all yet as I am waiting for my people to erect it. However I would like to get hold of the instructions. I wonder if you could indicate which box they will be in? Or, even better, if you could send me an additional copy by email?
