EXTRA NOTE:- THIS CUSTOMER REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT DOOR WHEEL ON 15th SEPTEMBER 2008 IN AN EMAIL WHICH IS REPRODUCED BELOW:
Hi, I refer to order number (NUMBER). I have had the greenhouse since March this year and I am delighted with it but a part of it has broken and I need a replacement. The part I need is the small wheel which acts as a runner for the top of the sliding door. It is about 20mm in diameter. There are 2 of them supplied originally but one of them is now broken.
Would it be possible for you to supply a replacement?
I recently bought an Octagonal greenhouse from yourselves and am very happy with it.
I also bought the automatic irrigation system and i wondered if it was possible to buy additional hose to allow me to extend the system in future?
Can you supply this or could you give me contact details so that I can source it myself?

Many thanks for contacting the manufacturer on my behalf regarding the missing screws in the staging packs.
Just to let you know I have this morning received a replacement pack from them so can now go ahead and build the stagings.

Our road is a private road and is pretty narrow - the biggest vehicles we generally see are ones such as long wheelbase transits and small lorries, skip hire etc.
Our house is about 100 yards down our road from its junction with the main road through the village. There are no parking restrictions on that intersection but it is on a bit of a bend.
With communication, I am sure we can sort this but the smaller the vehicle the better.
Took delivery, but have only been able to build the greenhouse this weekend (because of the poor weather).
Discovered the following parts were missing from the Polycarbonate Glazing package:
8 x Stainless Steel roof Glazing clips (J4-1)
21 x Stainless Steel general Glazing clips (J4-2)
6 x Stainless Steel door Glazing clips (J4-3)
Please could you arrange to send these clips so that I can finish erecting the greenhouse, which incidentally I found extremely easy to build with easy to follow instructions.

My greenhouse is up and glazed and I'm very pleased with it. Just one small problem: I managed to break one of panes of toughened glass in the louvre window!
I'd be grateful if you could let me know the cost of replacement pane so that I can place an order.
